Belville Rodair International Freight Forwarding (Shanghai) Co. Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Belville Rodair Global Ltd, a company registered in the UK with head offices in London, England and Toronto, Canada. We decided to register a wholly owned subsidiary in Shanghai, and this expansion needed professional support. They have provided us with a highly efficient day to day accounting function across two finance systems (our own, of which their staff had no experience but quickly picked up, and their Chinese finance package). Clearly highlighting differences between Chinese accounting and tax laws and European practices, they have enabled us to establish our own local finance function (a corporate requirement across all companies in which we operate) utilizing the processes that they put in place for us.

DTG Precision Instruments (Shanghai) Co., Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the DTG GmbH Dueren, located near Cologne, Western Germany.
We design, develop and trade metal and plastic precision parts as well as conduct Quality Control for finished goods and in-line processes for clients.
DTG has a China experience of more than 15 years that includes a still operating JV in Hangzhou, China. Due to inherent problems of the JV structure we decided to register a wholly owned subsidiary in Shanghai. Our expansion needed professional support to enlarge our service offerings as well as to support our presence in Shanghai.
The choice to co-operate with the ICSME came through our knowledge of the team behind it with their proven track record over many years in China. We were convinced of the service structure and benefits of the ICSME as a service provider that enabled us to focus on our engineering work while the administrative and regulatory works were efficiently managed. The ICSME provides us with space, infrastructure and Accounting and HR/Admin functions so we can focus on a lean, technical structure without becoming overhead-heavy.
We feel extremely comfortable with the co-operation and are going to expand our activities as well as space needs in the ICSME. ESCALADE Sports is a wholly owned subsidiary of publicly listed Evansville, Indiana- based Escalade Inc. (ticker: ESCA).
The company is in the business of manufacturing and trading leisure and sporting goods encompassing 14 national brands distributed through diverse retailers and dedicated dealer networks.
Due to the need to enhance our presence in the Asian market, where we operate an annual purchasing volume of about 45m USD, the decision to open and operate a China-based company was taken in late July, 2007. ESCALADE Sports decided to cooperate with the ICSME as the service provider of choice due to their market knowledge, speed of setting up operations and valuable guidance in our operations processes through their experienced management team.
The ICSME provided serviced office and showroom space, regulatory and administrative services as well as staffing solutions including the hiring and management of key personnel and processes in line with our regulatory needs resulting from the Sarbanes Oxley Act.
Also, in cooperation with our senior management, the ICSME team developed a three-year operations proposal including the development of the local market through licensing operations and devised a M&A strategy to ensure long-term manufacturing stability. In conjunction with the M&A strategy the ICSME developed a financing model through off-shore tax savings in line with regulatory requirements from US lawmakers.
